摘要

Lean NOx trap consists multi-component catalysts supported on monolithic substrate materials on which, via complicated reactions, NO_x is first stored and then reduced to N_2. Hydrogen was recently found to be a superior NOx reductant, compared with the hydrocarbons carried on vehicles, and has drawn increasing interests in both industrial and academic communities. In this work, a thermodynamic analysis of the involved N/H/O system was carried out. Effects of composition and temperature on the thermodynamic equilibrium to which the catalytic processes approach were investigated.
