The assemble steel bridge is a kind of bridge equipment which can be bridged and withdrawn quickly. They have the advantages of light weight, interchangeable and repeatedly used components, different combination forms, sufficient load and vibration resistance, and stable performance. A certain type of assemble steel bridges are taken as the research object, the dynamic model of them is established based on virtual prototyping technology (VPT), and the bridge expanding devices are designed and simulated. The simulation analysis results provide the basis for the research, design of assemble steel bridges and farther optimization design of the bridge expanding devices.
