摘要

In order to improve the integration of design, calculation and drawing of bridge cranes, a rapid design system is developed based on Visual Studio 2012 using C# and the Solidworks APIs. The dimension-driven method and the model-driven method are researched respectively to achieve the parameterized modeling and assembly of bridge cranes parts and the finally creation of 2D drawings. Based on the generalized module theory, the whole bridge is divided into several modules and a rapid design system is constructed. With the creation of this very system, The development cycle of new products is dramatically shorten and the efficiency of design, calculation and drawing is radically improved.
