摘要

Aiming at the problem of the optimization design on the hydraulic excavator boom, the research about the boom's comprehensive performances under the condition of bucket digging was put forward. A method of using the ISIGHT optimization platform to comprehensively integrate Pro/E and ANSYS was introduced to conduct a multiobjective collaborative optimization on boom. Adopted the hybrid optimization strategy of the combination between DOE and gradient optimization to intelligently explore the design issues, and continuously selected new initial values to conduct a automatically simulation and optimization. The results indicate that this method can use ISIGHT optimization software to automatically search the Pareto set to meet the boom's performance requirements, then gain the purpose of lightweight and vibration attenuation for boom, which provides some references for practical applications.
