Integrated Online Fund Raising for Covering Renewable Energy in Rural Area (INPOLAR)

Indonesia is developing country which still struggling to reach 100% electrification ratio. In June 2017, Ministry of energy and natural resources Indonesia declared that Indonesia electrification ratio is still 92,8%. The area which is not electrically powered yet mostly in rural area that need a big amount of investment to built the distribution system because Indonesia is archipelago country and most of them live separately in different coastal area which has hard access. That case make renewable energy such a solar cell system is the best to execute for small scale independent power plant in small islands and every coastal area where they lived, but even the infrastructure built, the use of electricity is still low and so the return of the income which is not good for business. The solution of those problems is fund raising for free solar cell system in rural area. On the other hand, Indonesia has potential way to funding the social project due to its big population which could gathered by crowd funding. In fact that crowd funding in Indonesia have been contributing many kind of charity such as built an education infrastructure, healthcare for poor family, and many other charities. One of online crowd funding which open data to public only www.kitabisa.com already collected 200 billion rupiah. This crowd funding could be forecasted 5 years ahead to funding electrical project for covering rural area by professional in electrical construction.
