AMT in the long-haul segment will probably remain for decades to come in series production. In order to illustrate the future of ZF TraXon, predecessors as ZF- AS Tronic or Hybrid developments are shown. Development targets and carried out methods to enable a successful SOP in 2015 mark the way to future developments and methods, which will ensure a further reduction of TCO as well as an efficient entry into series production of E-Mobility-Products.
