Adaptive Techniques of Signal Processing

摘要

The paper discusses adaptive techniques of signal processing. We consider empirical mode decomposition for signal processing as a modern adaptive technique and alternative to the wavelet transform. We describe the main tasks of signal processing handled by empirical mode decomposition. The main aspects of personnel training in the field of adaptive techniques of data and signal processing are described.
