摘要

Innovation is the first impulse to lead development under innovation driving. Most enterprises face difficult position of weak innovation capacity in China. Through the long-term tracking study of Haier for more than 30 years, this paper takes the development main contradiction as the main line, it analyzes and summarizes the Haier Group's path of improving innovation capacity under the background of transformation. This study found that the single technological innovation capability is mainly through the introduction imitation, digestion and absorption of technology in the early stage of Haier, with the change of the major contradiction, the innovation capability gradually becomes the combination innovation capability in the stage of diversified strategy, the stage of globalization marks the beginning of total innovation in Haier, and get into the stage of total innovation management. Therefore, the innovation capability has gone through three stages, it from the single technological innovation ability to the combinational innovation capability, and developed into total innovation at finally.
