In the construction process of long screw bored pile, there are a series of technical difficulties. To solve these problems, the traditional construction technology and technics of bored pile is integrated, improved and innovated in this paper, and three key techniques have been developed, which are 'the infrared space positioning technique of second holing', 'the technique of drilling into the rock with screw drill and percussion drill' and 'the construction technique of one percussion drill and multiple screw drills alternating drilling' respectively. Meanwhile, in this paper, the long auger bored pile construction technical process is scientifically planned. The application results show that the new long auger bored pile construction technique of alternating screw drill and percussion drill is simple, efficient, highly mechanized and can shorten the time, save cost and contribute to environmental protection. It has broad application prospects in the soft foundation treatment and deep foundation pit engineering.
