A tire manufacturing company had an increasing amount of failures throughout one of their facilities with our power supply product: 1. These products were used at multiple facilities, but the large amount of failures appeared to be isolated to one particular facility; 2. Failures were occurring after ～3 years of installation. Field service engineering visit to customer site: 1. Found potential grounding issues with the 120VAC power going into the products; 2. Discovered that the building was built on old sea bed and a coal-fire power plant was located next door.
