It is important to introduce and develop low-cost and environment friendly recycling technologies, and to implement green design and clean production. LCA management and Extended Producer Responsibility should be executed to restrict the commercial operation of qualified recycling enterprises. In order to accelerate the recycling in China, it is vital to improve the legislations and formulate corresponding policies and regulations as soon as possible. In order to change the public viewpoint on reuse and recycling of ELVs, it is also necessary to improve public awareness regarding to environmental protection with propagation/education and so on.
