Big data assisted human traffic forewarning in hot spot areas

摘要

The rapid development of mobile Internet contributes to the success of various value added services. As the carrier to deliver upper layer services to end users, telecom operators hold great advantage in understanding a user's behavior. Under this condition, this paper proposes a telecom's big data assisting human traffic forewarning scheme in three steps, which can eliminate potential danger or accidents, caused by the people overcrowding in hot spot areas. Moreover, some other applications, which can be developed based on the user location information, are listed further to illustrate the importance of big data to telecom operators.
