With the rapid development of the Internet, social media growing prosperity, under the background of "new normal" of economy, how to use social networking and other Internet collaboration platform and media to carry out marketing activities, public relations, maintain and develop customer service, which posed a severe test to China's small and micro enterprises. The growth of small and micro enterprises in our country is very difficult, but at the same time, it is accompanied by a lot of opportunities. Based on the analysis of the current development of small and micro enterprises in our country and current situation of social media marketing, this paper discusses the social media marketing strategy of small and micro enterprises under background of the "new normal" of economy.
