We study the semileptonic B_s and B decays into the D_(s0)~*(2317) and D_0~*(2400) resonances, respectively, using a chiral unitarity model in coupled channels, computing the ratio of the decay widths of the B~0 → D_0~*(2400)~+ v_l l~- and B_s~0 → D_(s0)~*(2317)~+ v_l l~- processes and evaluating the DK invariant mass distribution in the B_s~0 → D K v_l l~- decay. The study reveals the potential of these reactions to determine the nature of the D_(s0)~*(2317) as mostly a KD state.
