摘要

There has been a significant increase in the research on vibration-based energy harvesting in recent years. The aim of this study is to present a building set of vibration-based harvesters which bases on semi-3D-printable structures. The harvesters realize electromagnetic power generator and are designed to convert mechanical energy such as body motion to electrical energy. The structures of the generators have been printed on an X400 PRO 3D, and encompass the different parts of the generator. The mechanism consists in a 3D-printed spiral, a magnet and a non-magnetic bar. The magnet movement is defined by the spiral and controlled by a cylindrical structure on the top of the whole design. The system has been optimized for low-frequency operation within a range of 8-16Hz and the performance has been analyzed using a Bru?el & Kj?r LDS shaker system.
