Modeling the dynamics of the three stages of HIV infection

摘要

We study the dynamic of HIV epidemics in the three stages of infection. The proposed mathematical model includes macrophages, CD4~+ T cells and CTLs, and drug-resistance. Numerical simulations of the model show the disease free equilibrium. Future work will focus on the analyses of the equilibria of the model and on the dynamics of the model in the different stages of disease.
