Research on construction and application of College English autonomous learning network system in application oriented Universities

The concept and orientation of the application oriented undergraduate institutions are different from the "research" and "academic" universities, their English teaching has its own characteristics and training objectives. There are the many Application-oriented College English teaching emphasis on language knowledge, language skills training; pay attention to teachers' teaching, neglect of students to learn; attaches great importance to the teaching profession, ignore the issue of comprehensive education, and applied talents training objectives deviated from. This article starts with the analysis of the current situation of English Teaching in the application oriented universities, and puts forward the feasibility of the implementation of the multimedia network English teaching mode.
