The coastal zone is crucial to the development of human society and economy, the global economic wealth mostly produced in coastal areas, but the coastal zone due to interaction is affected by a variety of forces, there are frequent disasters, fragile ecological environment problems objectively. Monitoring of ocean ecological environment monitoring system of data transmission of marine monitoring system integration technology and the environment is special determines its transmission mode is different from the ordinary data transmission.
