The goal of this hour long presentation is to have instructor and audience involvement and discuss a few methods that will help people give constructive feedback that can be received in such a way that enables the team to move forward and to work together rather than provoking a defensive and resentful response. Feedback is crucial to all of us in order to continue to improve and work well in a team. Without feedback people may be unaware of the impact of their interactions and unable to change or improve. tjowever giving feedback is quite difficult for many people and hopefully after this lecture people will have some tools to help them do this necessary task with their team members in the future.
