In this postgraduate course, we will discuss the diagnosis and management of insulin disorders in horses with endocrinopathic laminitis. Although the premise for this discussion is that laminitis has already developed, clinicians are advised to recognize risk factors ahead of time and pro actively manage endocrine problems to prevent laminitis.
