摘要

The background of this paper is the anti-radiation warhead prefabricated fragments damaging of phased array antenna, and using simulation data to perform a damage identification test of prefabricated fragments in the condition of small sampling. First, we obtain small test data in laboratory conditions, and then get a lot of test data based on numerical simulation methods. By combining experimental and simulated data, we judge the reliability of data based on compatibility probability. Finally, on the basis of Bayes small sampling statistics inferential theory, we make more precise evaluation of the test data by using Bayes estimation methods with reliability.
