The empirical study of construction of public rental based tenants' attention

The public rental housing is considered as an important livelihood project and it is promoted by local governments of China. Along with the increasing number of tenant occupancy in public rental housing, the key of governments is to identify the problems of constructing public rental housing from the perspective of tenants and complete them. Through the liner regression analysis of survey data of Chongqing public rental housing tenant, we have identified the causes of abandoned rent and unreasonable management. It can provide a decision-making gist for command personnel.
