摘要

The combination of controlled free radical polymerization and "In-Situ" emulsification allows the simple preparation of S-I-S latex. Annealing of S-I-S films greatly improves their tensile strength and elongation. An almost unlimited number of block copolymer compositions in latex form can be prepared by this methodology. Latex is a new and useful form for block copolymers in paints, coatings, adhesives etc. Controlled Free Radical Polymerization makes it all possible!
