摘要

In terms of the deficiency of SCATS which can only detect the traffic state of the intersection entrance near the stop line, this paper uses the queue length and speed on the outlet as indicators of participating preset scheme based on SCATS and proposes a signal optimal control strategy based on the queue length and speed on the outlet. On this condition, this paper has designed a signal optimal control strategy as a supplement and optimization of the existing SCATS, which has already been connected with SCATS successfully. In the end, this paper applies and verified the signal optimal control strategy through a demonstration project in shanghai, which has proved its effectiveness.
