Investigation of alcohol identification based on electronic olfactory system

The Electronic Olfactory System plays an important role in alcohol identification. An Electronic Olfactory System based on Web server has been developed using which four kinds of wine is tested. The results show that different kinds of wine can be discriminated successfully when the data are analyzed by the combination of Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and the improved Back-Propagation (BP) neural network algorithm.
