To provide an olfactory sense system, an odor identification device and an odor identification method, capable of detecting, discriminating and recognizing specific odor simply even in a state where many and unspecified odor-causing substances are mixed.SOLUTION: An odor identification system comprises: an action array unit including at least two or more sensors that interact with an odor-causing substance included in an odor factor in a gas sample; a sensor data processing unit that processes data interacting with the odor factor in the action array unit; an odor factor information storage unit that stores the odor factor and interaction pattern information of the odor factor in advance; and a pattern identification unit that refers to the pattern processed by the sensor data processing unit and the information in the odor factor information storage unit, and then identifies the odor factor on the basis of the interaction pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
