In this article the project of multi-comfort school is presented. The demands for a school to be multi-comfort are analyzed here. Simple but energy effective building's form was chosen. Thermotechnical calculations were made. Class of energy efficiency is 'A++'. It is essential for a multi-comfort building to have alternative sources of energy, what increases building's energy efficiency. In this article economical and technical characteristics of solar collectors (that are for water heating) were inspected. Made calculations show that use of collectors produces great advantages. Collectors' scheduled period of payback period is 4 years.
