System Approach to the Surveying of Real Estate in Scheduling of Repair and Construction Works

摘要

In this paper the issues of volumetric and calendar scheduling of repair and construction works were investigated. This scheduling is based on a system approach to the surveying of real estate. Depending on the physical depreciation on stage volumetric scheduling there was held the analysis of models and costs of repair and construction works. There were suggested two models of costs determination.
