This paper has built the theoretical model of water natural layer by density, and has performed CFD simulation and analysis on account of the equipment of thermal and cool storage in community energy system and discussed the feasibility of using the same water storage tank for thermal and cool storage. The results indicate that the water coil's distribution is unreasonable in scenario 1 and it will appear low temperature zone in the middle of tank; the thermal storage condition can been come true very well by upside-aqueous-layer in scenario 2 and the results indicate that it is feasible to use the same water storage tank in thermal and cool storage condition by sliding coil.
