摘要

In this paper, through choosing Wuhan No.2 subway as the research object, and establishing its passenger satisfaction evaluation index system, then selecting appropriate evaluation models such as analytic hierarchy process method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate and analyze its passenger's satisfaction level. At last, get the evaluation result of Wuhan City is satisfaction, and then gives some suggests for improving its service level. Besides, expecting this paper could provide as a reference in improving the subway's passenger service level not only for Wuhan City but also for other cities.
