摘要

The paper first gives a brief introduction to the risk characteristics of water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering,and the risk index recommended in Bulletin 41 of ICOLD and the deficiency analysis in itself,In order to promote the risk management of water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering,and then further introduces the (Ⅰ) Index method to propose by the author based on water conservancy and hydropower engineering properties and with over 20 years' frontline field experience of the author in risk monitoring,analysis,control and research in water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction and operation.Finally,Combined with the application by the method in recent years in the "Technical specification for concrete dam safety monitoring " (DL/T 5178-5178),the "Technical specification for concrete dam safety monitoring " (SL 601-2013),and other hydropower and water conservancy industry dam safety monitoring technology specification perfect to explore.The application of (Ⅰ) index method in the risk monitoring in water conservancy and hydropower engineering are discussed and summarized in this paper.
