Evaluation of the droplet cross-infection risk in a hospital

Infected individuals who are stay cured or visit hospitals may become a source of infectious bioaerosols during breathing or coughing. Beside other infection vectors the droplet way is of great importance and enables spreading of many various diseases. Patients awaiting the medical examination at the waiting rooms, visitors and hospital personnel passing by may be potentially affected by the infectious bioaerosol. To predict an infection risk it is necessary to know the aerosol and bioaerosol concentration in a given place.
