Nanofiber filter has high particle removal efficiency and low pressure drop, so it has been getting an attention from the viewpoint of energy saving. 1) 2) Conventional nanofiber is used in clean environment such as fan filter unit (FFU) of ceiling/manufacturing equipment in clean room, because thin and high density nanofiber media holds dust on the surface and performs short service life. In order to use nanofiber filters not only clean environment but durty environment such as Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) facilities, we developed the new fluororesin fiber and filter made of fluororesin nanofiber.
