Electrospray is well-known atomization technique for generating fine droplets by means of electrical forces. The electrospray consists of various operation modes such as dripping, micro dripping, cone-jet, and multi-jet mode. Grace and Mariinissen(1994) showed comprehensive studies using various materials and they figured out the operation domain of various mode by changing flow rate and electric potential. Although many electrospray studies have been reported, the use of water as a working fluid of electrospray is still controversial subject. Generally, water electrospray could not continuous because mainly, water have a large surface tension compared with other material (i.e. alcohol or organic solvent) and also have a large conductivity. In the previous studies of water electrospray, Lopez-Herrera et al. (2004) found four different modes in the electrospray of water without corona discharge. And Pongrac et al. (2014) showed that the various electrospray mode with corona discharge. Agostinho et al. (2013) showed water electrospray in simple jet mode.
