Combined with a mapping technology of product function and a fuzzy clustering analysis method, fuzzy clustering analysis method is carried out on the products with function failure. The mapping technology of "whole machine functions-components function-parts function" is provided and mapping model is established. Through an analysis of fault characteristics of all parts functions, a fault characteristics index matrix of the products is built. Translation standard deviation and translation effect are used to normalized calculation for the characteristics index matrix. Fuzzy similar matrix is constructed by using a method of maximum minimum. Fuzzy transitive closure method is used to dynamic clustering analysis the products. Finally, nc rotary tables are analyzed and clustered to many types.
