Competencies for Inland Navigation Crew of LNG-Fueled Ships

摘要

This paper intends to submit the necessary skills they must possess personnel on ships powered by LNG at both operational level(OL)and management level(ML).The study is intended as a complement to the relevant tables developed in previous projects such as STC1N and Platina Tables of Competencies.
