Knowledge Management in the Cultivation of Science and Technology Persons

摘要

In the modern enterprise management, knowledge management is a new management philosophy and management style, its unique mode of management plays an important role in the cultivation of science and technology talents. This study, based on building the knowledge management model system of scientific and technological persons, examines knowledge management model having important implications to cultivate and improve the science and technology persons' knowledge, abilities and qualities by empirical research methods.
