摘要

This work elaborated analysis on economic values and economic significance under macroeconomic regulation and control. The emergence of economic values of the market, a variety of levels or structures of values, and the socialist market economy were first proposed. Then the work considered the necessity of the emergence of economic values and the significance of macroeconomic regulation and control. Finally, the work emphasized optimizing and strengthening tax leverage in realizing the economic value under macroeconomic regulation and control.
