Application of humanistic management in sports club

摘要

This study focused on the application of humanistic management in sports club. A general introduction to the contemporary management of sports club in China was proposed first to analyze the relation between the essence of the application of humanistic management and the development of sports club. Then the study showed two core and vital problems to be solved on the application of humanistic management in sports club. Considerations on constructing the enterprise culture of sports club, reducing management levels, emphasizing service authorization, and training staffs were given to better solve problems on the application of humanistic management in sports club.
