Developing the knowledge management platform in the APQP procedure

Knowledge is recognized as an essential part of organizational competitiveness. In order to be effective and efficient in the life of any organization, this valuable resource must be carefully managed. The knowledge management process can prove to be a daunting challenge because of the illusive and personal nature of the knowledge resource. It is for this reason that an integrated and uniform tool is required in the field. The knowledge management platform is constructed to fulfill this role and to empower all participants in the KM process.
