摘要

In this paper, control table R and its analytic expression U = f (E, C) are analyzed based on various kiln thermal parameters in control practice. To further improve the control quality and stability, different partition methods and fuzzy control analytic expressions are used in different controlled objects. In addition, by introducing intelligent self-tuning factor p and q, in the cases with/without experience control, p and q partition selection and partition optimization method is proposed. The simulation and analysis of the experiment verifies its ideal control performance. It is valuable for popular application because of its briefness and usefulness.
