In order to research the development status of college patent technology, this paper focuses on the application and authorization of college patents of the "Eleventh Five-Year" period; In addition, because our college started a patent application as early as 1985, therefore, this paper does a longitudinal and comparative analysis on patent applications and authorization with data from "Seven Five-Year" to "Eleventh Five-Year".On this basis, this paper gives thorough thinking of the development status of college patent.
