Developing an energy project, any type of project, requires satisfying some fundamentals: 1) A supply resource, such as feedstock, fuel, radiation, wind or a simmering geothermal vent; 2) A quantifiable offtake market for power, thermal and if applicable, co-products; 3) Viable and cost effective conversion platform; 4) Competent and reliable operations organization and team; and, 5) Fungible risk/return scenario.
