AADC Developed an Intelligent Data Transformation Methodology to Maintain the Asset Information System

The study discusses an intelligent data transformation methodology to maintain the assets information data exchange between authorities. The research utilizes new methodology to resolve the non-homogenous parameters by developing a new mathematical model based on the conventional Least Square Adjustment (LSA) in which replacing the value of rotation to a shift in XY directions.
