1. Introduction While Gas Engine Cogeneration system (CGS) has spread as an energy-saving equipment, after the Great Japan Earthquake of March, 2011 CGS has been expected to reinforce power supply security for business continuity plans (BCP). So CGSs which can be under islanded operation have increased. However, 'islanded operation' cannot be realized by only CGS itself. It is realizable by engineering of CGS and load management.
