This study was done to take advantage of interbreeding mechanism in the consolidation pads of plastic friction in a way that leads to change its tribology properties which is wear resistance and surface hardness, on the other hand, study the effect of different operating conditions represented by sliding time; slide distance and applied load on theses composite pads of novolac reinforced by two types of industrial fiber glass fibers and asbestos fibers in the presence of all the condition in novolac hybrid materials by 30% with the addition of factors for improving the quality and is then compared it's composite properties with article novolac and composite novolac others reinforced once again reinforced one type of fiber the ratio of 60%, again with the preservation of the existence of factors for improving the quality The study concluded that the non-reinforced novolac less surface hardness and wear resistance under different operational conditions of industrial fiber reinforced. And the mechanism of hybridization gave single tribology properties that can't be obtained by using one type of consolidation. The comparative results showed that the wear rate and wear resistance from each of the articles examined increase with the increase in each of the applied load and sliding distance and time of operating continued. These tests also showed that the wear rate and wear resistance are decreasing with the continuous increase of the values of the load applied and time of operating continued.
