There are a variety of technology areas impacting the development and proliferation of automated and semi-autonomous vehicles and equipment for the on-road and off-road commercial vehicle engineering community. Before any of these can even be considered for market introduction and production, end user benefits and value propositions must be present and clear. Automated technologies that customers are willing to pay for are what will best serve in advancing the driverless vehicle and equipment movement. Industry experts from the OEM and supplier communities will discuss the benefits, barriers, and challenges facing all involved. This will be an interactive session with the panel taking questions from the audience to lead the discussion following brief opening comments from each presenter.
