Family-Related Goals of Farm Hotel Operators in the Periphery of Shanghai, Wuhan and Chengdu of China

摘要

Based on the field work with farm hotel operators in Shanghai,Wuhan and Chengdu,an investigation result was acquired.Through analysis,conclusions about family-related goals of farm hotel operators in above three cities were reached,that more farm hotel operators inclined to make crucial decisions together with other members of the family,that spending more time with other family members avoided family disharmony and prompted family solidarity,that job opportunities were available to spouses or other family members though rather limited,that few operators were considering passing their businesses to their children or other family members,that family-related goals of farm hotel operators in three cities showed different characteristics due to education,value orientation,family employment structure and management status.
