Construction of Teaching System of Public Physical Education Outward Bound Course in Colleges and Universities

摘要

In the process of the reform of public physical education outward bound course in colleges and universities, characteristic public physical education outward bound course is a new teaching mode of developing physical fitness and cultivating college student's comprehensive competence which deeply attracts students who will have enjoyable experience.This paper analyzes the significance and feasibility of setting up outward bound course in general colleges, in terms of teaching objectives, teaching methods, teaching content, curriculum implementation methods, and strives to build a complete teaching system of characteristic physical education outward bound courses in colleges and universities.
