The relation of fuel consumption in units of distance or time are measures that establish a reference state of the combustion process, becoming in this way, an essential value for programming cycles of preventive or corrective maintenance, and sometimes indicators to contemplate the replacement of the vehicle. Considering the lightweight cars like 4×2 or 4×4 vehicle fleet for transportation or operation of mining companies, the amount of fuel used during the time it takes its tour of duty, the maximum speeds reached, the distance effective traveled and fuel management in fueling stations are processes that today are usually independent, and rarely have feedback or supervision of real-time statistics, as many records are taken manually or simply are recorded and if they are systematized, it requires a PLC mechanism to corroborate these figures. The proposed solution is the implementation of a monitoring system and management presented in this paper, which organizes, standardizes and automates the recording of information and statistics of fuel consumption and operating times of vehicles. Carrying out a monitoring of the processes of operations and supply of fuel, taking advantage of the information supplied by own vehicle sensors, through the development of a non-invasive system, which has only one, it is a Bluetooth scanner, and then the data gathered will be processed to determine the relationship and efficiency between the consumption, distance and work time. Via wireless networking in a device installed in vehicles, with plants located in the supply centers, are recorded and they manage the consumer dynamics of fleets and personnel in charge.
